Professional Highlights

Most Recent: From 2022 to current, I provided end of life dementia care for my grandparents and coordinated at home hospice support. Since then, I have been building practical, ethical AI assisted workflows (400+ hours of self-driven training), and I am volunteering with a local nonprofit in the Little Rock area to strengthen structure from governance to day to day execution.

Yard Waste Recycling Facility: For 7+ years, I helped keep HR, marketing, training, and leadership aligned in a fast moving, safety focused environment. I turned loosely collected policies and knowledge into clear documentation, onboarding, and consistent messaging, and I helped build a public reputation that matched the company’s mission both internally and out in the community.

Freelance Writer and Blogger: For about 5.5 years, I researched and ghostwrote blog and website content for local businesses across multiple industries. I took real pride in capturing an owner’s voice while making niche topics readable, credible, and consistent, often supported by reusable brand pieces like newsletters, signage, and simple graphics.

Nutritional Supplement (Telesales, Warehouse, and Office Management): Over roughly 2.5 years, I kept daily operations moving while supporting customers and sales across phone, email, and live chat, and coordinating fulfillment between sales and the warehouse. I also supported product launches and marketing rollouts, and handled chargebacks and review responses so issues were resolved cleanly and did not keep repeating.
